1. Product Pricing & Availability

Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. All prices include applicable taxes in INR.

2. Non-Returnable Personal Care Formulations

Due to cosmetic hygiene, skin safety, and consumer health regulations, all Sahini skincare products (face serums, cleansers, shampoos, hair oils, etc.) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered to the customer.

3. Logistics & Courier RTO (Return to Origin)

Return shipments in our system are solely limited to courier Return to Origin (RTO) when delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, incorrect delivery address, or doorstep rejection before receipt.

4. Damage in Transit

If a product arrives damaged or broken during transit, customers must submit photo/video unboxing proof within 48 hours for a prompt replacement.
