Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Formulation Policy

Due to strict hygiene, cosmetic health, and personal safety standards, all Sahini Skincare products (including face serums, cleansers, shampoos, and body care items) are strictly NON-RETURNABLE once delivered and accepted by the customer.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been unsealed, used, or simply no longer desired after delivery.

2. Courier RTO (Return to Origin)

Returns in our logistics system strictly refer to Courier RTO (Return to Origin) handled by our logistics partner (Expressfly):

• Undelivered / Incorrect Address: If the courier fails to deliver after 3 attempts due to incorrect contact details, wrong PIN code, or customer unavailability, the shipment is automatically marked as RTO and returned to our warehouse.
• Doorstep COD Refusal: If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) package at the doorstep upon arrival, the courier initiates an RTO return back to our central hub.

3. Damaged or Defective in Transit (Replacement Only)

In the rare event that your package arrives physically broken, leaking, or damaged during courier transit:

• You must notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
• Please provide clear unboxing photos/video evidence showing the outer courier box, label with tracking number, and damaged product bottle.
• Upon verification, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement unit at zero extra charge.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our facility:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled by contacting support at sahiniskincare1@gmail.com or calling +91 7990854288 before the courier tracking number is generated.
• After Dispatch: Once handed over to the courier (Expressfly), the order cannot be cancelled in-transit.
